For my business, I have email folders set up for each project and sort them accordingly when an email comes in.
Today, I had a few emails in my inbox for 1 project so I dragged the emails into the appropriate folder. 10 seconds later, I click into the email folder and the emails I just sorted are completely gone.
I checked every single folder in my entire account and the emails cannot be found in any of them.
I did reply to one of the emails and the email I sent is correctly in the sent folder. Also, if I use the search bar, I can find the email I just moved.
If I try and drag the message from the "search" into the project folder - it does not move.
If I click the "Move to" button and move the email into the correct folder, it still DOES NOT move it. It even updated the "Tag As" to the correct project but the email still does not appear in that project folder.
Email is my #1 channel to communicate with my clients and if emails are missing, that can be VERY BAD for my business.
Why are emails disappearing?
