Emails not sending in Zoho Campaigns and Marketing Automation


I was setting up a new email to send to our clients in Zoho Campaigns, and I sent a test message to check the formatting, but I never received the test email.

I tried several emails in our account but none of them came into my inbox. I created and sent a test campaign and got the same results.

They are not going to spam or the promotions folders. It's like the emails never existed.

This is also happening in our Zoho Marketing Automation account.

I am concerned that our automated sequences and journeys are going to be negatively impacted by this issue. Is anyone else having the same issue?
