Emails not shown in Lead/Contact records; how can I see coworkers emails?
We're running a trial version of ZOHO. We have SalesInbox enabled. Permissions are set correctly (I'm CEO, other roles are below me). SalesInbox seems to work - when we add a Lead/Contact it shows as in CRM.
However we do not see emails in the Lead/Contact records.
Should existing emails (not sent via CRM but found via SalesInbox) be shown there?
