Embed Zoho Sales IQ code in Gravity forms

Hi,

Can anyone please provide the code to include in gravity forms for Zoho Sales IQ tracking? I don't use zoho forms and I believe there is a code that will activate Sales IQ tracking features for new subscribers via gravity forms.
