Embed Zoho Sheet in webpage without allowing all to view

Hello,

I would like to embed a Zoho Sheet in my webpage which is password protected. In order to get the HTML snippet for embedding, I must make the Zoho Sheet "Public".

Could you please explain what is the implication of making my Sheet public? I would like to prevent anyone from viewing this Zoho Sheet except at my webpage. Is that possible?

Once I make a sheet public, there is a public URL that anyone can use. But this URL is quite complicated. Will someone that does not have this URL be able to land at the Zoho Sheet through internet searches?
