Emergency Issue With Zoho Sheets!!!

 

We have had a number of problems with Zoho Sheets, this is an emergency as the business relies on Zoho Sheets, with 15 people working on them all day.

It all started with the sheet owner not being able to share, she then downloaded and reuploaded the sheets into new sheets and re-shared. She deleted the old sheets which were in her Trash. Unfortunately everyone had duplicates in the Shared to Me folder, so they ended up working in different sheets. The sheet owner then deleted the sheets which caused the old ones to error, however she forgot to back up the work, so we would like these back if at all possible.

We are also experiencing a bunch of other issues.

Everybody has duplicates still showing.
