Enabling email second email address and forwarding

Enabling email second email address and forwarding

I am a new member of Zoho. I have a primary email address (my personal Gmail), and I have an admin address for our housing co-op. I am now attempting to enable an email address for outside users. That would be info@xxxx. For some reason, I can't enable that.

ALSO, once I do, how can I forward emails to the info mailbox to others?
