We are going out to customers to get some product and service feedback, I would like the results to integrate nicely into Zoho CRM. So I want my customer service person to have access to Survey Premium edition so that she can manage the survey and check its appeared correctly within CRM. 

Is there a central way for me, as Zoho CRM admin, to enable Survey premium for this user? It seems when I try to do this I am only enabling it for myself, but I don't ever want to use it and only want to pay for her upgrade via the company credit card...
