Enhancements to Users and Roles

Greetings,

We're happy to introduce a few minor usability improvements to Bigin's Users and Controls settings. You can now view the count of Active, Inactive, Invited, and Deleted users in the Users tab.

The  Users tab 

In the Users tab, the updated user interface provides a comprehensive overview of your user database, allowing you to identify the number of users in various categories easily, such as Active, Inactive, Invited, and Deleted users. Prior to this update, there was no way to check the organization's total user count within the Bigin UI, which made user management challenging.

The Roles tab  

Expanding or collapsing the Role hierarchy isn't currently straightforward, but with the latest changes, users can easily do so using the Expand All or Collapse All options. This enhancement also streamlines user management within roles in the Roles tab, presenting a clear and concise overview of all users associated with a specific role through a convenient pop-up window.

Also, while inviting a new user to your Bigin account, you currently need to select a role for the new user from the compact dropdown menu in the Invite User pop-up. For Bigin accounts that have a lot of roles, this might pose a challenge, as the Roles dropdown is too small to accommodate a larger role hierarchy. To overcome this, we'll now open the Roles dropdown in a separate pop-up that can show a greater number of roles for your convenience.
