Error adding a new user within our organization to Zoho Sites
Hello, We currently have an active site that was upgraded to V2 & are receiving an error message (with no details) when trying to assign a new user to the sites application. She is already a member of our organization and is utilizing an active Zoho one license. I tried to follow the steps listed on the knowledge base & support pages to add a new member when I (our Zoho Super Admin) was unable to assign the app to the user when assigning additional applications but they appear to be invalid with the new version.
