Error for Customizing Reminder (Template) Emails

After customizing a 15minute reminder email for an upcoming webinar, I saved my draft as seen in the screenshot below as the following Template Name.


But, after saving this file, it didn't replace the placeholder reminder email, and there's no way to find/retrieve the saved template I did. How to fix this?
