Error in SalesIQ account features

The above URL says 3 operator licenses for free level.

Trying to change to the free level, the screen says 2 operators.

Hell, I'm not going to select a Category in the pulldown below this window. The list seems to not be sorted and I'm not going to hunt down SalesIQ.
