We use zSheet in work to share between 4/5 people on a daily basis and are experiencing some very annoying problems.
On an almost hourly basis, we all seem to get the following error message:
'The document has encountered a problem.....this document was last saved....we recommend you copy and paste the data..'
We also lose data we've entered when we log out and log back in which takes time to put back in and is really inefficient.
Lastly whenever two people are typing on it at the same time, it can't cope and starts deleting what you've just written.
If someone could take a look into this and get back to me it would be much appreciated.
We're using a mixture of Mac's and PC's - all with new-ish operating systems and we're on a LAN if that helps.
