Hello, I am writing here because I have a problem that so far I have not been able to solve and I urgently need to solve it.
The problem is that I installed the Roadmap plugin that connects Zoho Inventory with WooCommerce, I subscribed to Plan Connect and did all the settings correctly (Checked by Roadmap support) but some orders were not imported.
I think this happens because before having the plugin, I created some clients in Zoho Inventory and when I installed the plugin, they were duplicated (Since they were WooCommerce importers), so I combined them and from there, the orders of those clients are not synchronized . The error that appears in WooCommerce is "Zoho Order Sync: The transferred billing address is invalid."
Does anyone know something ? Thanks for your help.
