Evaluating but discovering bugs

I am currently evaluating Vault for my companay with between 10-20 users.

This is my experience so far of the major issues:
- importing a csv of passwords (about 2000) - fails with no helpful message, just that there is a "problem"
- requested technical support about 4 days ago, no response
- eventually managed to import by breaking the import into smaller chunks - but no indication that that was the issue
- even had a problem requesting help because the "contact" field where I added my email, turned out to be a phone field instead
- cannot add users with the message is "All the selected user(s) already invited/have an account with Zoho Vault." - which means what?? I don't have any invited users. And even if they have an account, what's the solution?
- requested help again, but no help here to be found.

The software looks really good on paper, but in practice I haven't found it useable.
