We need a tool to manage our banner advertisers.  Currenly we have google spreadsheet that shows what advertiser is in what spot, when they started and when they end.

What I would like to do is do this using zoho.  The process would be:

1) I open an entry on the calender on the day the advertiser will start

2) When I enter the advertsier I choose, start and end date, ad unit location (ef home page leader board) and the account manager

3) Then we choose when to be notified (i.e one week before their campaign ends)

4) Then the entry is posted to the calender

We should be able to view the calender by all or by ad units.  It would be great if we could see that we have the leader board space set as a 1/10 rotation, and there are 7 spots filled at a certain point in time.

If zoho cannot perform this function can someone let me know a tool that will.
