Evidence for Optimal Send time working? Catastrophic results for us

Does anyone have any evidence for Optimal Send time working in Marketing Automation?

I tried this yesterday (just trust the system).

Open rates are lower (down 50%)

Click rates are down 70%

Terrible results for us.
Never again.

If they are applying any AI to this - it is not working.
Again lots of features with no real depth to them.
In this case misleadingly bad.

I really do wonder about switching to a best-in-class email marketing system.
The integrations with the CRM are not that difficult to have a better system?


Zoho team - any comments?
