A client of mines provided internet services and telephone services via VOIP. They get an excel sheet every month with the usage of the voice calls and the amount of internet data used. However this must group all the voice calls for all the extension numbers in that company and must only give the total amount of voice calls on the invoice so too with the internet data. 

A unique customer code and the extension numbers are assigned to a company so that may assist us in developing the integration between zoho creator and zoho books.
