Exchange support for Outlook seems necessary
I have set up my Zoho account on my iPhone with Exchange ActiveSync. It works very well. I create or delete an event and my Zoho account reflects this seamlessly.
However, the plug-in for Outlook is clunky and I have found the synchronization to be hit and miss.
Wouldn't it be better simply to support Exchange on the desktop Outlook? What reason is there not to support it?
