Exclude Weekends from KPIs?
Hi,
How do I exclude weekends from KPIs? For example, I have a KPI for Calls made, however, we never have anyone working/making calls on the weekends so the charts for the KPIs dip down to 0 every weekend. I would prefer to just to see a smooth chart of the days when calls are being made, but I cannot find a setting for this.
