Expanded Channel Access for administrators in Cliq Integration
Dear Zoho Flow Support Team,
We are writing to request an enhancement to the Zoho Flow - Zoho Cliq integration.
Currently, to access and utilize a Cliq channel within a Zoho Flow, a user must be a member of that specific channel. This limitation restricts the ability of administrators to build comprehensive and flexible workflows.
We propose expanding channel access for administrators to include all Cliq channels within an organization, regardless of their membership status. This enhancement would enable administrators to create more robust and inclusive workflows without being constrained by channel membership requirements.
By granting administrators full access to Cliq channels within Zoho Flow, you will empower organizations to build more effective and efficient automation processes.
