Hi

We're looking at rolling out Books but we're many months from being ready. Until then, are we able to use Expenses for the staff to enter their expenses, have them approved, and then just run a report to PDF or XLS for our finance people to make payment against?

I'm assuming we'll need to set up the various expense types and rates (mileage rates etc) but does it NEED Books being enabled to work or can we use it as above just to make our lives better?
