Expose Feedback or Zoho Text Area as an Internet Utility webservice
Zoho Team,
The textarea on the zoho forums which has four tabs like 'Start a discussion', 'Ask a question', 'Propose an idea' and 'Report a problem' is really cute. I see a simlar version for 'Feedback' in your sister website 'ManageEngine' as attached.
I suggest that this feedback widget should be exposed by you as a JavaScript utility so that anybody can use this to service the feedback or other things for many sites as well.
This itself I feel can be like Bravenet feedback forms and exceed it in many ways.
Surprisingly but Zoho website uses a Feedback DIV which is pretty dull as illustrated in ParadoxicalFeedback.jpg. You should consider using the tabbed widget in Zoho too.
