Extending Unsplash, Giphy, and online videos to your Show android app
Hi Everyone!
With the numerous available add-ons in your Show web application, you can easily create more impactful presentations. These add-ons help you include high quality pictures and GIFs in your decks. Not only that, they also allow you to include videos in slides to create more engaging content.
We're pleased to say we are now extending the availability of these add-ons to the mobile platform as well. They are completely free and you can add any number of images, videos, and GIFs to your slides to create dynamic presentations on the go.
Insert royalty-free images:
The Show app has integrated with Unsplash to help you insert beautiful images directly from the Android platform. The app supports images of all sizes and eliminates the need for you to switch to their website. You can save time surfing the web to find free-use images, downloading them to your mobile, and then uploading them into your presentations.
You just need to tap the Insert icon on the top-right corner and then click the Unsplash button to view photos taken by best photographers around the world. The pictures appear along with their names at the left-bottom. You can search for these images within the app and insert them onto your slide.
Add GIFs, stickers, texts, and emojis to decks:
Using the Giphy add-on in the app, you can include small animations to your slides to add emphasis or humor. These visuals also help you deliver emotions to the audience effectively.
All you need to do is, tap the Insert icon on the top-right corner, then click the Giphy button to access these animations. Select the category you want and search for required gif's to include them on slide.
Note: You can also reply to comments on the slides using the above visual add-ons.
Upload online videos on presentations
Video add-ons allow you to directly embed videos to your slides without having to download them separately from the web. This saves your time toggling between pages and searching for relevant ones elsewhere.
You simply need to tap the Insert icon on the top-right corner and then click the Youtube or Dailymotion button in your app. You can see different video listings on trending topics, news, and much more.
Search for videos and insert them onto your deck. Run the slide and enjoy watching them play for the specified duration. You can also autoplay them during sessions in your Show for Android app.
Note: You can edit all the above add-ons using the format options in the Show app. The add-ons are also accessible in offline mode. However, to share presentations and collaborate with the team, you need to remain signed in.
So what are you waiting for? Try out these new add-ons for your Show app and let us know your experience in the comment section below.

Visual presentations are highly impactful and it is a no-brainer that your audience gets attracted to them. The use of images and videos help you reach your objectives by emphasizing your ideas more effectively.
