When we create an external share link with Edit permission, our external users are unable to create a Zoho file (Zoho Writer, Zoho Sheet and Zoho Show). They can only upload files. They can edit the Zoho files if we create them internally and share access, but they cannot create a file. Can you fix this by adding the Zoho apps to the "+ New" button?
