Extremely POOR response from Customer Support !!!
As a recently signed up client of Zoho One whilst really impressed with the technology and value for money what has been so far hugely dissapointing has been the lack of any service from the support channels !!
Am I missing something in how to approach logging problems or is this something that we have to find alternative routes for (such as this channel)??
