Facebook chatbot building feature in Zoho Social
HI, Is there any plans to launch facebook chatbot building feature in zoho social ? because currently we are using third party application to run chatbot on our facebook business pages so if zoho social can launch such feature through which admin or zoho one users can build chatbot for their facebook business pages then it will be really good . For website we have sales iq but for facebook zoho one has not launched anything to build the chatbot
Can this be added or Is it already in your pipeline ?
