I have a suggestion regarding file opening issues, i usually face this issue that when i am working on one file and my colleague opens same file and works on it on same time and when we save file then that files save with different file name. I have a suggestion that when i open file and start working on it then other persons also open same file at same time then he don't have access to write he only have access to read only and notify, if he wants to save file then he has to save by different file name. 

Because usually we got confusion that who worked on latest file and its sync on time or not with latest update.

For example: I am working on xxx file and saved it but it didn't sync on drive but at that same time my colleague opens that file and start working and when he saves file then the latest one is my colleague file.
