I have setup a new flow between the self hosted WP (.org) and ZOHO CRM and FLOW is telling me everything is correct and running a test and deebug tells me it is working fine, but adding/updating a post is not causing the event to trigger in ZOHO CRM.

There is nothing in the history or pending/failed items either. What have I missed?
