Is it possible to have it so everyone in our organization is automatically following each other by default?  Seems laborious to have to ask everyone to find and then follow everyone else in order to make sure that we all see each others' posts.  

When a new user joins connect for the first time they arent following anyone.  Howare they supposed to be "connect"ed?
