When setting up a PDF template there is an option for a header / footer. The header stays at the top of the page however the footer does not.

It appears the footer actually serves no purpose as it seems to rise up to underneath the header (see image).

Is there a way to lock the footer to the bottom of the page? Otherwise what is the point of it?
