forms.zohopublic.com’s server IP address could not be found.

In the past week, two unrelated prospective customers have had issues completing a Zoho form I created. They get the error message "forms.zohopublic.com’s server IP address could not be found." They have both tried on different browsers, on Macs and PCs, at home and at work (e.g., on different networks). Thankfully they are committed to completing the application, but who knows how many prospective customers I am losing as a result of Zoho forms. Has anyone else experienced this? 

Zoho support suggests I ask my prospective customers for the information below:

1. Share the traceroute of the URL (forms.zohopublic.com, forms.zoho.com & zoho.com).

2. Source IP of the Machine - access whatismyipaddress.com on the particular device to obtain the Source IP address


Has anyone else experienced this? If this is a known and unresolved issue with Zoho forms, I will need to switch to a different form builder.
