I'd like to make a request that there be a more concerted effort to communicate problem resolutions or answers to questions back to the forums once the question or problem has been resolved.
I say this because it seems all too often that I read a question or a problem that someone's having, and the response by Zoho is a request for a phone call or email by Zoho's staff to take the question offline.
I can understand where this may sometimes be necessary, but this is rarely followed up with the subsequent resolution posted back to the forums.
This only serves to benefit the one single person who communicates with Zoho's staff, but this defeats the purpose of the forums entirely.
In practice, it should save Zoho's staff a considerable amount of time as customers are provided with the information necessary to help themselves through their shared experiences, and allow everyone to gain from a broader dialog across the board.
