I tried the Free Survey to see if I liked the format, etc.  Unfortunately, I received a response to my survey that needs a reply from my business and - because I hadn't purchased any upgrades yet - I don't have that access.  Is there a way to do so based on the data that I have (it appears that I have an IP address but I don't know how to track this)?  

Had I known I was going to get any responses that would be outside of my planned scope, I would have purchased a short-term plan to start with.  

Please advise.
