From Project to Weekly Scheduled Email With Link
Let's see if anyone can offer me a solution. I've been looking for a way to achieve this.
Summary: Scheduled email w/ dedicated template for multiple clients to review projects.
Description: Let's say I have four projects; A, B, C, and D. Each project is dedicated for the clients, so Project A is for Client A, project B is for Client B, and so on.
Imagine each project is a few months into project management, so they have various tasks, sub-tasks, milestones, deadlines, etc.
What we want is to build some kind of automated process where a weekly email will go out to each respective client, let's say on Sunday or Monday. The email will contain a link to either A ) Their projects dashboard and/ or B ) project reports detailing updates.
It would be nice if I could make the dashboard and/or the reports pretty to look at and easy to understand.
