Functionality based URLs in zoho mobile

hi all

is there a way to use Functionality based URLs in zoho mobile?

i need to open a form with default values for a field. it works fine when i'm using this link-

but when i'm using zoho mobile - with the following url - it won't work

the form opens without the information i wanted the field to have.

any idea?
