Fundamental flaw - data security and backup

Zoho has a fundamental flaw: If you rely on Zoho backjups, you risk losing ALL your precious documents overnight without any way to retrieve them. Why?

Because Zoho may not be here tomorrow. Any company, even General Motors, but especially Internet companies can go bankrupt.

This is unacceptable, so while Zoho's backups may work, I (and I would guess any user who's business depends on their data - durrr!) need a fallback solution.

At present, all that Zoho Writer offers is manual, one docement at a time, export. This is inadequate backup support for me, and I believe is a critical flaw in the Zoho service and business model.

REQUEST: Please can you provide, automatic, scheduled backup to local, and/or alternative independent online services that would allow recovery of documents without access to any Zoho service (i.e. not reliant on Zoho authorisation or software)?
