A few questions on the use of calendars 

1: In the CRM calendar I can only see the ability to create appointments / events at time of on the hour or 30 mins past the hour for example 6.00pm or 6.30pm If I want to set a meeting over event at say 6.12pm or 6.15pm I can't do that. Am I missing something or is there a setting I need to change ?

2: I want the calendar in  the mail app to also show in the CRM. I have the CRM calendar showing in the mail app calendar but is there a way for it also to show in the CRM calendar

Its all a little disjointed on the scheduling front ...
