We are new to Zoho having migrating from a competitor, so I apologize if these questions are basic.
1) What is the current status of Outlook/Gmail integration. Our past Recruit Software had a toolbar that would allow us to link email to a client or candidate as well as respond from Outlook using the toolbar which would then associate the email with the client/candidate. How is the done in Zoho?
2) Can I associate a candidate as "submitted" in Zoho Recruit without actually emailing the resume to the client? Currenlty, I can only associate the candidate which puts them into a screening designation. When I manually move them to "submitted" they got to an "other" designation. What am I missing?
