Get data from a Google spreadsheet

I don't really find a step-by-step solution, how can i integrate one of my Google spreadsheet into QNTRL.
I have a db stored in Google spreadsheet (clients_names, addresses, etc) and want to use it in QNTRL (Zoho).
How can i create a dynamic select list on a new card from my Google spreadsheet db?
