Get Support plug in - suggestions for improvement

Big picture what I would like to see is: a desktop icon on the remote customer's machine that initiates a remote support session back to me - no session id numbers!  This would be a cross of 1) Unattended Access and 2) the existing Get Support desktop plug in.  This would keep the remote customer in control of when their desktop is shared, but would remove a lot of the technical bumps with downloading Join.exe.

Extra credit if I could brand it with my company name and logo.  I'd put it on all of my customer's machines.

The existing "Get Support" desktop icon is confusing.  For the remote customer the big green "Start Session" button is inviting.  I have to tell them "No, don't click Start Session - key in these numbers - in the white box with faint lettering - and then click Join Session.  You know, the white box at the bottom."
