Give tasks status "complete"

I would like to have a function to mark tasks as complete so they don't show up in the project anymore.

I have ongoing "projects" which have lots of small tasks. At the moment I have one general task where I log the time on. It's a workaround I could live with. It just doesn't feel right. :)
