Gmail Extension - Something went wrong

The Zoho Sign Gmail add-on never works for me. I was able to login, but no matter what email is opened the add-on will take a really long time load and then eventually just display the error message that "Something went wrong". I have tried refreshing the plugin, gmail, disabling all extensions, etc. Nothing has worked.
