Gmail IMAP instead of POP into Zoho Mail
I tried search for this, but couldn't find a solution or an answer.
We currently use Google Apps and Gmail to communicate, and one of the main reasons we chose to go with Zoho was because of the email integration.
However, as soon as we signed up, we realized that the email add on doesn't help much. We have over 25 GB of email that we don't want to delete and keep on file, however, if we use POP that runs up the storage charges on Zoho.
I was shocked to find that Zoho doesn't support IMAP functionality with gmail so that we can use our google apps account for storage but have the functionality to send and receive emails within the CRM.
Is this going to happen soon?

I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible? Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.
