Gmail 'send as' email issue with SMTP

Hi there,

I have set up a a new Zoho account and users for our domain, and I am trying to integrate the Zoho accounts into our existing Gmail accounts.

Receiving email through POP3 works fine, however I am having difficulty setting up so I can send emails from the Zoho account using Gmail.

I followed instructions and am trying to use the 'send email as' feature on Gmail but I am getting the following error message, before being able to enter any server and port info:

/You must send emails through axxxxxxxxxt.org.uk SMTP servers when you send as xxxxx@ xxxxx  However, this functionality is not available for your account. Please contact your domain administrator for more information.

I have enabled IMAP on the Zoho settings.

Please can you advise, thank you.

      • Announcing Zoho Mail - Inactive user Policy

Dear Zoho Mail users, Thanks to all of you for your continuous support.  We have recently started implementing the Inactive User Policy, for Zoho Mail.  A user is considered as inactive, if the user has not logged in to the Zoho mail account for a period of more than 120 days. The login through POP, IMAP and Active Sync are all taken into account for tracking the period of inactivity.  Whoever received the communication need not panic, as we have just communicated our policy to all the users.  To
