Google Apps Integration - Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget for Gmail

Hello!

We're pleased to announce the Zoho CRM Contextual Gadget for Gmail as a part of our Google Apps Integration.

With the Contextual Gadget, when you receive an e-mail from leads or customers within Gmail, your customer information will be automatically pulled from Zoho CRM along with the notes, contact info etc. If the contact information doesn't exist in Zoho CRM, you can instantly create a lead or contact without hopping to Zoho CRM. Additionally you can create business opportunities for the existing contacts and assign tasks or add notes.
