Google Calendar not syncing

We are using ZCRM with Google Apps, signing in directly to Zoho Mail and using the "apps" to navigate the different areas - mail, calendar, CRM.  Our events do save to Google Calendar, but they do not show up in Zoho Calendar, even though we are subscribed to the Google Calendar "zoho".

Note: Initially, when first subscribed, all the events did show up, it's just the new ones that do not.  If I "Update" that calendar from the settings, the new events do populate.  However, clearly I cannot go into settings to update every time I need new events to show.

Also, I have removed and readded the subscription numerous times, and it still does not work.  We have 3 people in our organization that are having the same issue.
