Google search engine ID box not appearing

Google search engine ID box not appearing

I'm trying to check our site's Google search engine ID to confirm it's correct, but the box to input this information is not appearing as it shows on the wiki. Is there another way to find this? To clarify, I know how to check Google for this, I'm just trying to confirm that the correct information is on our Zoho site.

The reason I ask is that the Google search bar never returns any results, no matter what I search or from what page. It's completely nonfunctional.
