Our team loves Zoho! We use Zoho One and this works perfect for our team of 8! 

However, our clients..................are totally unimpressed with our new platform. Our old platform allowed us to create groups for them in which we could :

1. Share Files

2. Chat

3. Create calendar events related to their project.

Not being able to share files with them truly defeats the purpose of having a group. 

Why would a company as great a Zoho not allow this? 

We are considering canceling our subscription as client communication is everything! It was very disheartening to realize this while working with a potential client.
