My company dropships the goods from vendor directly to customers. So we used dropship feature to do that. When it comes to sales return, we don't return them back to vendor but it goes to our warehouse. Now the problem is, I can't create sales return for dropship and force-filled orders.

Anyone has the same problem? How do you outsmart it?
